Roger is one of a disappearing breed of Supervisors. Fair but firm, rarely seen without a smile and never far from his distinctive chuckle. It speaks volumes that all of us who were on his 'D' Shift in Extraction, identify proudly as 'Troggs'. I will miss his expansive greeting when meeting him in town.
